The Capellan Confederation is one of the five Successor States of the Star League, located rimward of Terra. Ruled by House Liao, the Confederation is the smallest and newest of the Successor States and often the loser in conflicts against the other powers of the Inner Sphere. It is an authoritarian police state, with philosophical origins in a text known as the Korvin Doctrine, which argues for total subservience of the individual to the state. Citizens of the Confederation must earn their position and the benefits of citizenship through service to their community. The current ruler of the Confederation is Chancellor Sun-Tzu Liao.

Death Commandos Unit Rating: Elite

The Death Commandos are the elite of the Capellan Confederation. Tasked with the most dangerous missions, given the best support, and consisting of the most deadly warriors the Confederation can offer, the Death Commandos have one motto: victory at any cost. Woe betide he who stands in their path.

1st McCarron's Armored Cavalry

1st McCarron's Armored Cavalry Unit Rating: Elite

McCarron's Armored Cavalry, colloquially called the Big MAC, is one of the most famous mercenary units in existence. Or, at least they were, before they signed on with the Capellan Confederation as a full-fledged House unit. Today, the Big MAC continues much as it has in the past, only this time with the full backing of the Confederation. If the Big MAC shows up to your battlefield, it's time to leave.

Warrior House Imarra

Warrior House Imarra Unit Rating: Regular

Warrior House Imarra is the most senior Warrior House of the Capellan Confederation and leads the Blessed Discipline of the Warrior Houses in both battle and honor. After a humiliating defeat in the Fourth Succession War due to Davion duplicity, House Imarra has spent decades rebuilding and regaining its dignity and now stands ready to again serve the Confederation.

6th Confederation Reserve Cavalry

6th Confederation Reserve Cavalry Unit Rating: Garrison

The 6th Confederation Reserve Cavalry, or the Hustaing Warriors, is one of the Capellan Confederation's core Reserve Cavalry units, used to garrison Confederation worlds and to undertake missions deemed less needing of premier regiments. The 6th has a reputation as a bit of a dark horse unit with a troubled history but they manage to get the job done despite their rough edges.
