Option A - "Oh no, interrupt this connection.":

"Look, you weirdo, if you want me to stop telling folks about what kind of fucked up world we live in and the people who shape it, you're going to have to destroy the antenna or find where I am and burn it down.

I've had smarter people than you try, Commander.

Also, if you hope Capellans will actually pay your bills you are going to die penniless."

Result:

  • Tex gains Low Spirits for 14 days

Option B - "Lecture: WAR, WAR ALWAYS CHANGES":

Trying to now flee tax collectors and government censorship in the Capellan Confederation, The Black Pants Legion Inner Sphere War Studies school has encountered yet another problem: Renegade Clanners hell bent on punishing the outspoken professor for his "negative interpretation of Clanner history". The Professor has again called out for free agents of any sufficient training or capacity to help him move to his new location. Qualifications include "Shooting Clanners until they are dead" and "Not asking questions".

Option C - "Lecture: MONEY DOES NOT GROW ON TREES":

Looking for a new temporary home, the Black Pants Legion Inner Sphere War Studies have sighted an independent faction with a campus that would be perfect. As it turns out these independents are pirates and the campus is a notorious drug manufacturing hub. The Professor doesn't mind the location so long as the locals are dealt with. Per the Professor "Drugs are just a bonus, who doesn't like free drugs".

Result:

  • Lyran faction reputation increased by 2
  • Pirate faction reputation decreased by 2
