Event Trigger Requirements:
Note: While triggering the event does not require any specific level of Pirate reputation completing it requires completion of a fairly high skull Pirate contract, which will require a fairly high positive level of Reputation. If you find yourself without enough reputation the contract should stick around, so you can go off and increase your reputation and come back.

The rest of the senior staff comes to attention as you walk in.
"Greetin's once again Commander, an' allow my congratulations on yer latest exploits. I been quietly circulatin' word amongst the Damned that you and yours are responsible fer the latest uptick in their fortunes. Suchly, I judge it high time we make our move."
Response: "I agree. What's our play?"
"Simple. Accordin' to the longstandin' statutes an' strictures of the Interstellar Pirate Code, anyone can challenge the sittin' leader of the Band to a one-on-one duel for the right to rule. Give the word, and I'll issue the challenge publicly. Vance Rezak either has to meet your challenge, or forfeit. Either way, down he goes."
Response: "Assuming he accepts our challenge, where will we find Vance?"
"Not at the main hideout, that's a certitude. Vance spends most his time at his fancy estate on Antallos. Just remember, you can always scamper off, but my life is forfeit if you lose. I've forwarded the particulars of the operation to your XO, and you should see the op in your command center."
