Description
The 10E is a downgraded version of the 11E produced by Earthwerks Incorporated following the destruction of Maltex's facilities in 2835. The primary changes come from the loss of the double heat sinks, CASE, and the Endo Steel structure. To compensate for the weight needed for a standard structure, the SRMs have been downgraded from six tube launchers to Holly SRM-4s. In addition, the Thug lost one ton of ammunition. While this version can still compete with the Warhammer and boast superior armor protection, the replacement of its double heat sinks with single heat sinks takes away its greatest advantage.

Description
Designed by ComStar in the wake of the Star League's fall and based on designs for the unique Thug driven by Amaris mercenary Jose Magellan during the Amaris Civil War, the THG-11C was deemed worthy of limited ComStar production. It shares most features with the Thug Jose, with the ER Large Lasers, five SRM-6s, jump jets, and XL Engine of that design, though it drops the Command Console in favor of CASE and more heat sinks. The real revolution is that the THG-11C maintains the SLDF Null Signature System, cloaking the mech in a nearly impenetrable sensor field which makes the THG-11C a deadly opponent at any range.

Description
The Thug was designed by Maltex Corporation as a direct competitor to the popular Warhammer. First seeing production in 2572, the Thug sought to directly address some of the challenges which faced the Warhammer, chief of which was to increase armor protection without sacrificing firepower. The armament on the Thug is a very simple, yet effective, combination. It carries one PPC in each arm. Backing up the PPCs are two SRM launchers, one mounted in each side torso with one ton of CASE-protected reloads. Eighteen double heat sinks gives the Thug a far superior heat dissipation compared to the Warhammer while a ten-ton heavier Endo Steel frame allows it to carry fifteen and a half tons of armor.

Description
The Thug -12E consists of a field modification as well as a factory produced model descended from the -11E. It replaces the standard PPCs with a pair of ER models, and removes a heat sink, a ton of SRM ammo and a CASE module in favor of a C3i Computer. The -12E is in service with both ComStar and the Word of Blake.

Description
Developed by the Draconis Combine thanks to several Thugs gifted to them by ComStar, the -12K upgrade is very similar to the older -11E Thug. Mounting double heat sinks permits the upgrading of the PPCs to ER variants. While it retains the SRM-6s, the -12K drops one ton of ammo and its attendent CASE in order to add a Guardian ECM and C3 Slave unit, giving the -12K respectable e-war capabilities. The THG-12K proved popular with pilots and became the premier Combine refit of the chassis.

Description
The Thug -13K is a radical alteration by ComStar to the -12E model that strips off all the equipment bar the C3i in favor of a trio of Heavy PPCs and a pair of Medium Pulse Lasers. This is achieved by dropping down to 16 double heat sinks and replacing the original engine with an extralight. The massive heat burden of firing three Heavy PPCs means that only the most careful pilots in the WoBM carry the day.

Description
Named after an Old Earth gangster of some fame, Dillinger is a rough and tumble arena design made with, ironically, cutting-edge technology. The arms sport most of it, with the right hook being a Hyper-Velocity Autocannon/10 and the left being twin Large Variable-Speed Pulse Lasers. A pair of rather uninteresting SRM-4s round out the armament. The strangest addition to the chassis though might be a Small Shield ensconcing the HVAC/10 for extra protection.

Special Note: The Thug THG-SB is a custom Community Content 'Mech.
Description
The Thug-SB is a radical Thug refit that makes heavy use of the newly invented Binary PPC system, going so far as to in fact mount two Binary PPCs, or Bleepers, as its only weaponry. The Bleepers are supported by a PPC Capacitor for maximum firepower. Even 17 heat sinks, along with a massive heat bank and powerful exchanger, can only manage the waste heat of the Binary PPCs so well though, so some caution is recommended with the trigger.
