This item is a set of handholds and gripping points for Battle Armor to cling to on the exterior of a BattleMech. Normally only OmniMechs come with such handholds in their basic configuration but with a little elbow grease such handholds can easily be installed on proper BattleMechs, letting any 'Mech carry a squad of Battle Armor into the fray.
