Description
General Kerensky himself designed the specifications for the Devastator to make up for perceived flaws in the prototype Titan. However, when Stefan Amaris seized the reins of the Terran Hegemony, production of the Devastator was stalled. After the battle for Terra, the Devastator remained lost to the Inner Sphere for centuries, until troops from the Federated Suns chanced upon the blueprints. This is the original Federated Suns variant, the -1D. Armed with Succession Wars technology, the DVS-1D can call upon a pair each of AC/10s and Large Lasers along with 4 Medium Lasers. 15 single heat sinks fail terribly to keep it cooled.

Description

Description
In honor of General Kerensky, who freed the Inner Sphere from Amaris's grip, the Clans retained his design for the Devastator, even producing a handful of them for Operation KLONDIKE. Using early clan technologies, they updated the Devastator for the modern battlefield and proceeded to use them to run roughshod over the Pentagon Worlds. The DVS-2-EC mounts twin Enhanced ER PPCs, twin Improved Gauss Rifles, and twin Clan-grade ER Medium Lasers. The major innovation was the battery of 20 Clan-spec Double Heat Sinks.

Description
When the NAIS was looking to test their new Blue Shield Particle Field Dampener system, they requested the AFFS provide them with several test chassis. The AFFS, when asked for an assault-class 'Mech, provided the NAIS with several Devastators. Knowing that the Devastator was essentially perfect at its role already, the NAIS made minimal changes, swapping the PPCs for ER PPCs and dropping a few extra tons of Gauss ammo for the Blue Shield system. Otherwise, the DVS-3B closely resembles the DVS-3 that spawned it.
