Description

The Rifleman IIC is an upgrade of the venerable Rifleman BattleMech. Five tons heavier than the design it is based on, the Rifleman IIC is also slower, with maxed out Ferro-Fibrous armor and an Endo-Steel frame. Simple, straightforward, and accurate; the Rifleman IIC is armed with four Large Pulse Lasers. This allows it to pick apart enemies from a respectable range. A single ER Small Laser is installed, seemingly as an afterthought. Nineteen double heat sinks keep heat mostly in check, though volley fire should be used.

Description

The Rifleman IIC is an upgrade of the venerable Rifleman BattleMech. Five tons heavier than the design it is based on, the Rifleman IIC is also slower, with maxed out Ferro-Fibrous armor and an Endo-Steel frame. This variant removes all of the weapons and equipment, and replaces them with four Ultra Autocannon/2s and six tons of ammunition. The weight saved, plus a half ton from armor, is used to upgrade the engine to allow the 'Mech a top speed of 64 km/h. MechWarriors must be exceptionally wary of the large, vulnerable ammo bins.

Description

The Rifleman IIC is an upgrade of the venerable Rifleman BattleMech. Five tons heavier than the design it is based on, the Rifleman IIC is also slower, with maxed out Ferro-Fibrous armor and an Endo-Steel frame. The IIC 3 first entered service in the early part of 3062. Based upon the original design, it nonetheless uses two Model HHC-30 Ultra Autocannon/2s to plink at a target from long range. Any opponent who believes he or she is facing a IIC 2 is quickly surprised, however, when the IIC 3 opens up with its paired Series 4D-2 Heavy Large Lasers. Twenty one double heat sinks keep this design cool-running. This rebuilt version still mounts the Active Probe.

Description

The Rifleman IIP answers the age old question of, 'Why is it called the rifleman if it doesn't use rifles?' by equipping it with a whopping compliment of 6, you counted it right, 6 light rifles! But the engineers at PAI weren't satisfied with just that, they realized that with 6 light rifles, comes great unreliability and decided the next best thing to do was to slap as much armour on that 'Mech that they possibly could. Supplementing a Core 300 fusion engine with their primitive XL upgrade allowed them enough weight savings to weld on a makeshift shield on the left arm and loads of heavy metal plating to reinforce the otherwise measly hull.

Description

The Rifleman IIC is an upgrade of the venerable Rifleman BattleMech. Five tons heavier than the design it is based on, the Rifleman IIC is also slower, with maxed out Ferro-Fibrous armor and an Endo-Steel frame. This variant was created in order to showcase the low-weight Hyper-Assault Gauss Rifle, which it does admirably. Though still traditionally slow, the RFL-IIC-X carries a pair of HAG-20s as its only armament, giving it high damage at long ranges, though spread out damage.
