You receive an update from the Outreach Mercenary Training Command regarding Meatbag's training.

You received Meatbag's second report card
Capricorn has 22,000 XP or more spent in his skill tree
Meatbag has 8,900 XP or more spent in his skill tree

For the final payment, you have the option of a lump-sum payment in the amount of ¢1,500,000 or receipt of a factory-refurbished BattleMech, designation Royal Catapult - CPLT-C1b.
