Drawing on theoretical mock-ups from ComStar's Star League archives, they developed a heavy version of the venerable Crab BattleMech. To respect the lineage between the Crab and the assault-weight King Crab, this new chassis was named the Prince Crab. The Prince Crab is built on an Endo-Composite frame with a standard 300-rated fusion engine for power. For firepower it carries two Bombast Lasers and two Light PPCs, as well as a lone ER Small Laser. 18 DHS keep it all cooled while a Guardian ECM and 14 tons of armor ensure the frame is well protected. |
