Jade Falcon then salvaged the Howler 2 and spread it through the other Inner Sphere Clans. The Howler 3 is a Snow Raven refit of the Howler 2 that was renamed the Devil by the Ravens. It swaps the ATM battery of the HOW-2 for an ER PPC and Targeting Computer. |
