| Details | Designed to fix a common complaint with the Bombard-010, the -020 replaces the autocannons with a pair of Gauss Rifles. Fed by two tons of ammo each, the rifles have plenty of endurance for the mech's expected arena fights. To get the mammoth guns onto the frame, the slow speed and XL engine had to be kept while armor protection was reduced by two tons. Still, for such a light mech the Bombard has an incredibly dangerous punch at extreme ranges. |
