Description
The Devil has a bit of an odd history. Clan Snow Raven captured a Howler from Clan Fire Mandrill in the Golden Century and turned it into a sniper using an ER PPC, creating the HOW-3 variant. This Howler variant inspired the Devil, an up-tonned version of the Howler that shares the dedicated sniper loadout. Using a 300-rated XL engine as well as Endo-Steel and Ferro-Fibrous for maximum free weight, the Devil mounts an ER PPC with advanced targeting computers to ensure the weapon is as accurate as possible. The Snow Ravens have maintained the design since the Golden Century, though it is relegated to garrison galaxies.
