Creating Mech Pages

If you open an existing mech page, you'll find that it is actually incredibly short. That's because the vast majority of pages are created with templates. Below is really all you need.

The "<tabs>" line initializes the tabbing system and is only needed once. Closing it is done at the bottom of a doc and closes out tabbed information. Each tab is captured within a "<tab>" block.
