Description

The Pulverizer was a BattleMech produced by Clan Wolverine in 2823. The assault 'Mech that resulted was very durable thanks to fifteen and a half tons of Ferro-Fibrous armor, CASE, and a standard fusion engine. In addition, a Guardian ECM Suite countered enemy electronics. To save weight, the Pulverizer incorporated the best Endo Steel structure Star League technology could offer. Clan Snow Raven reportedly began manufacturing the Pulverizer in 2824, presumably after the Wolverine Annihilation, and later sold Pulverizers to their new Outworlds Alliance allies.

Description

When Clan Snow Raven began production on the Pulverizer in 2824, they upgraded the mech slightly. Keeping the basic concept of the mech intact, namely high speed and high armor, the Ravens focused on the firepower and cooling departments. The standard Inner Sphere Large Lasers were replaced with Improved Large Lasers and the weight saved was used on an extra pair of Double Heat Sinks. This helped the mech run even cooler than before, ensuring further durability on the battlefield. The PUL-3R was brought back in the 3060s and was sold to the Outworlds Alliance as part of Raven-Outworlds relations.

Description

Once the Snow Ravens passed the Pulverizer to their Outworlds Alliance allies, the Outworlds took a decidedly Inner Sphere approach to the mech. Bringing production online for the chassis, the Outworlds created several variants, including this, the PUL-4L. Armed with a battery of Inner Sphere weaponry, the -4L proved an able melee combatant thanks to its Retractable Blade. At point blank to match the blade are a trio of Streak SRM-6s. A pair of Large Lasers provide ranged support. A Light Fusion Engine makes space for all the weapons, and 15 DHS keep it cold.

Description

Once the Snow Ravens passed the Pulverizer to their Outworlds Alliance allies, the Outworlds took a decidedly Inner Sphere approach to the mech. Bringing production online for the chassis, the Outworlds created several variants, including this, the PUL-4W. Armed with a battery of mostly Inner Sphere weaponry, the -4W proved an able melee combatant thanks to its mighty Hatchet. For long range, it carries the old-style Enhanced ER PPC from the Snow Ravens. At middle ranges, a MRM-30 and ER Medium Laser provide punch, while a pair of ER Small Lasers cover the close ranges. 13 DHS keep it all chilly.

Description

When the Outworlds Alliance received the Pulverizer from their Snow Raven allies, they put it into production with a selection of variants. Included was this, the PUL-5A. Designed for tip-of-the-spear operations and to, appropriately, pulverize the opposition, the PUL-5A did a good job with its set role. Armed simply with a pair of ER Medium Lasers flanking a pair of Autocannon/20s, the -5A proved a formidable mech at the best of times. A Light Fusion Engine provides power and space for the massive autocannons while 5 tons of ammo keep the guns active on every battlefield.

Description

The march of time was not kind to the Pulverizer. As Omni technology proliferated through the Clans, the Pulverizer was largely left behind. Still, Clan Snow Raven was loathe to discard a perfectly good mech and so upgraded their Pulverizers to the PUL C variant. Armed with pure Clan-spec technology, the Pulverizer C's twin Large Pulse Lasers and LRM-10 and ER PPC ensured it was still a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. A rare few of these survived the Golden Century and have been spotted with Outworlds Alliance forces, presumably from the Raven-Outworlds treaty.
