Mission Specs are bonuses awarded for completing a certain number of missions of a particular type. Available Mission Specs can be seen in list below, sorted in alphabetic order.

Specializations can be reset once you have Argo Training Module 3. Select a pilot in the barracks and control+click their Service Record tab.

Mission Type: Ambush Convoy
Missions Required: 12
Description: "This pilot deals 25% extra damage to vehicles during Ambush Convoy missions."
Effects:
- 25% extra damage dealt to enemy units in Escort missions. (Note: despite what it says in the description this affects ALL enemy units, not just vehicles.)
