Description
The original version produced during 3039. Though lacking the LosTech of the HTM-27, the single production run of the original field-test Hatamoto-Chi completed on the verge of the War of 3039 came as a total shock to the attacking Lyran and Davion Forces. Since it was built on a standard chassis, the 26T had less armor, one less heat sink, and single ton of SRM ammunition in a standard ammo bin.

Description
Constructed with an Earthwerks VOL Endo Steel chassis, fitted with CASE protected ammo bins and clad in fifteen and a half tons of Mitchell Argon armor, the Hatamoto-Chi shared the features which made its parent design a nearly indestructible zombie 'Mech. The main area that Combine was unable to replicate the Thug was the older design's advanced Double Heat Sinks, eighteen standard Heat Sinks giving the Hatamoto-Chi a high heat curve in heavy combat.

By the time an enemy is able to close with the Hatamoto-Mizo it can usually be taken out in physical combat.

Description
A 3059 upgrade of the 27T model, the 28T exchanges the two PPCs for two ER PPCs. The 'Mech also upgrades the two SRM-6 launchers to Streak SRM-6 launchers. Finally, the 'Mech is armed with two ER Medium Lasers and carries a C3 Slave unit to allow it to share targeting data with other friendly units. The 'Mech achieves this by reducing its top speed to 54 kph and makes up for some of the 'Mech's lost maneuverability by adding three jump jets, giving it a jumping distance of ninety meters.

Description
Upon developing their so-called 'Naval' PPC, House Kurita needed test platforms. To accommodate the behemoth weapon, one such platform was the highly honorable Hatamoto-Chi. Dubbed the HTM-29X, this platform proved inadequate for the task of handling the 'Naval' PPC, though that's hardly a fault of the chassis and more a case of the weapon being absurdly hard to manage. The -29X uses its tonnage on a bevy of heat control equipment such as exchangers, banks, heat sinks, and coolant pods. It also carries a C3 Slave unit for accuracy in battle and three jump jets for maneuverability. Of course, its only firepower is the gargantuan PPC itself, but that's largely enough.

Description
Made by the Kuritans to make use of a bevy of salvaged and stolen equipment, the Hatamoto-Chi-31K is loosely based on the -28T in the basic details. Carrying the same engine as that mech, the -31K trundles along at assault mech speed. However, it is clad in the most armor the frame can carry and uses a pair of withering Ultra Autocannon/10s as its primary armament. A quintet of Machine Guns provide close-range defense and urban pacification duties. For added defense and expansion of its battlefield role, the -31K carries Stealth Armor to sneak up on enemies, making it a brutal city fighter.

Description
The HTM-C is exactly the same as the HTM-27U, except that it loses a heat sink for a C3 slave computer so it can share targeting data with its lancemates, making the HTM-C a dangerous sniper mech.

Description
The HTM-CM carries on where the HTM-C left off. Instead of carrying a C3 slave unit, the -CM carries a C3 master computer, allowing it to bolster its lance even more than the -C was able to. It frees up the tonnage for the C3 master by losing a pair of its pulse lasers.

Description
The old adage goes that the simplest weapon is the best one, something that the Samurai-Chi's original pilot firmly believed in. The Samurai-Chi is armed with two Streak SRM-6s for hardened targets but what really matters is the pair of Katanas that it carries. These blades do relatively low damage but they work in concert to hit multiple times, ensuring the Samurai-Chi can slice apart just about anything it can catch. Thanks to its 400-rated XL engine, TSM, and Supercharger it can catch anything it wants to in the arenas which has given the 'Mech a great following in the crowds of the gameworlds.

Description
Originally given as a gift to Sorenson's Sabres commander Daniel Sorenson by Coordinator of the Draconis Combine Takashi Kurita, this Hatamoto-Chi has seen many modifications over its lifespan. Nicknamed Shugo, it now carries twin LB-10X Autocannons and twin Streak SRM-6s, as well as a C3 Master computer. It is slower than other Hatamotos but the use of Endo-Steel construction ensures the armor remains thick.
