Description
Introduced in 2828 by Clan Nova Cat as an inspirational design, the Vision Quest did not see heavy service and was used more as a symbol than as an effective war machine, though it was moderately effective as such. As a Golden Century design, the VQ-1NC carries a mix of technologies, being mostly Clan-tech with an interim Improved Gauss Rifle that bridges the gap between IS and Clan tech as well as IS-spec armor and core components. The other weapons, a battery of ER Large and Medium Pulse Lasers, are fully Clan-tech. The design saw limited service though was eventually dispersed through various toumans by isorla and salvage.

Description
Created by the Nova Cats after their move to the Inner Sphere and specifically to the Draconis Combine, the Vision Quest VQ-1S brings the symbol of the Clan to the armies of its allies. Built with Clan components but armed with Inner Sphere weapons, the -1S (which stands either for solahma or shameful, depending on who you ask in the Clan) was sold to the DCMS as a gesture of good will from the Nova Cats. The armament includes a pair of Streak SRM-4s, a Snub-Nose PPC, twin ER Small Lasers, and the old-style Improved Gauss Rifle from the Clan's Golden Age.

Description
Introduced in 2828 by Clan Nova Cat as an inspirational design, the Vision Quest did not see heavy service and was used more as a symbol than as an effective war machine, though it was moderately effective as such. The VQ-2NC is the eventual standard Clan-tech design that lasted the ages. Armed with all clan-spec technology, the VQ-2NC carries a Gauss Rifle, dual ER Large Lasers, triple ER Small Lasers, and plenty of armor and heat sinks to keep it active. This mech eventually found its way into other Clan toumans and would be spread out thinly but widely after the Golden Century in solahma units.

Description
Introduced in 2828 by Clan Nova Cat as an inspirational design, the Vision Quest did not see heavy service and was used more as a symbol than as an effective war machine, though it was moderately effective as such. The VQ-3NC, along with the -2NC, was one of the stock designs of the Vision Quest that would propagate through the ages. Armed with all Clan-spec technologies, the VQ-3NC is armed with an Ultra Autocannon-20, dual ER Large Lasers, and triple Medium Pulse Lasers for a brutal close-range punch.

Description
Big Booma is named after the thing that it does in the arena: lay down the big booms. Armed with a quartet of Thunderbolt-10s (and a solitary ER Medium Laser that the 'Mech's fans lovingly termed the 'laser pointer'), Big Booma lives up to its name. How it reached the arena is anyone's guess since the pilot is never seen without their distinctive fully covered neurohelmet and gives their name only as Vengeance. The rest of Big Booma's loadout is fairly pedestrian: a 240-rated Clan XL Engine for power, 10 Inner Sphere DHS for cooling, and six tons of ammo for the Thunderbolts.
