Description
The first of what became commonly referred to as the Zeus X series, the ZEU-X was a variant of the venerable Zeus BattleMech developed during the Clan Invasion that used Experimental Technology to push the envelope of the original Zeus design. The 'Mech was built using a Composite chassis which weighed half as much as a regular chassis, but was only half as strong as a normal internal structure. The 'Mech was also armored with Reactive Armor. The 'Mech was armed with an LB-X Autocannon/20 as its primary weapon, backed up by an MRM 30 launcher. The ZEU-X carried three tons of ammunition for the LB-X AC/20 and two tons for the MRM 30, stored in the right torso and protected by CASE II. For close combat, the Zeus had two Medium X-Pulse Lasers. Finally, for added speed, the 'Mech was built using an XXL engine which weighed only seventeen and a half tons, giving the 'Mech a maximum speed of 86 kph, and carried a dozen Double Heat Sinks.

Description
Named for the home of the gods, Olympus throws his lightning from down-range against his enemies. Built on a standard Zeus X chassis of a 400-rated XXL engine, Olympus mixes up the weaponry with a pair each of Light Autocannon/5s and Medium Pulse Lasers while Clan-spec ATM-9 and ATM-6 launchers provide heavy grit against all but the most hardened enemies.

Description
Where the standard Zeus X was designed as a mid-range brawler with a lot of advanced technology to back it up, the Zeus X-X was designed as a split-role mech. Armed with cutting edge Hypervelocity Autocannon/5s taken from Capellan salvage, the Zeus X-X packs a respectable ranged punch. At medium ranges, a pair of ER Medium Lasers provide token defense. However, at close ranges 10 Streak SRM tubes provide a respectable blow against any pesky light mechs that think to take advantage of the sniper assault mech. The rest of the chassis remains the same: a massive 400-rated XXL Engine for power, Composite structure for weight, and Reactive armor for protection.

Description
Based on a unique variant fielded by Stacy Church of Wolf's Dragoons, the ZEU-9WD is officially a member of the Zeus-X family, though it is somewhat less experimental than other variants of that chassis. Armed with a LB-20X Autocannon and a Heavy PPC, as well as twin Medium Pulse Lasers, the -9WD packs a heavy punch. A 320-rated Light Fusion engine provides power while 15 DHS keep it all chilly.
